These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of officestationerybd.com (the “Site”) and any purchases you make through it. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

The Site is operated by Office Stationery BD, a concern of DreamLight Digital Ltd., registered in Bangladesh with offices at JCX Business Tower, Level-4, Bashundhara R/A, Dhaka-1229.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to place orders on the Site. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method selected.

2. Products & Pricing

All product descriptions, images, and prices on the Site are provided in good faith. Despite our efforts, we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free. We reserve the right to:

  • Correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order is placed
  • Refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or stock unavailability
  • Modify product specifications without notice

Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the products listed at the prices shown. Your order is accepted only when we send an order confirmation email. We may decline orders without explanation.

4. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, and bank transfer. For bKash/Nagad/bank orders, you must provide a valid Transaction ID (TrxID) within 24 hours of placing the order. Unverified orders are cancelled after 48 hours.

5. Delivery

Delivery terms are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, hartals, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. The 7-day return window covers damaged, wrong, or defective items only.

7. Customer Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Submit fraudulent orders or fake payment confirmations
  • Use the Site to harass our staff or other users
  • Attempt to bypass security, access restricted areas, or extract data via scraping or automated tools
  • Use our content (product descriptions, images, branding) for any commercial purpose without written permission

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — product photos, descriptions, logos, layouts, and code — is owned by Office Stationery BD or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish this content without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Bangladeshi law, Office Stationery BD’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or any product purchased through it is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
