Ordering & Payment
Q: How do I place an order? A: Browse the Shop, add items to your cart, and check out. You can pay cash on delivery, or via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer. No account required — guest checkout works fine.
Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, and direct bank transfer. We do not currently accept credit cards or international payment methods.
Q: Is Cash on Delivery available everywhere? A: Yes, COD is available across all of Bangladesh — both inside and outside Dhaka.
Q: Can I cancel my order after placing it? A: Yes, if you contact us within 30 minutes of ordering and we haven’t dispatched it yet. After dispatch, cancellation isn’t possible — but you can refuse delivery when the courier arrives.
Delivery
Q: How long does delivery take in Dhaka? A: Same day if you order before 2pm Saturday–Thursday. Orders after 2pm or on Friday arrive the next business day. Most Dhaka deliveries arrive by 8pm.
Q: How long does delivery take outside Dhaka? A: 2–3 business days using our courier partners (Sundarban, SA Paribahan, RedX, Steadfast). Remote areas may take longer.
Q: How much is delivery? A: ৳ 60 inside Dhaka (free on orders ≥ ৳ 2,000), ৳ 130 outside Dhaka (free on orders ≥ ৳ 3,000).
Q: Can I track my order? A: Yes. You’ll receive an SMS with a tracking number when your order ships. You can also use our Track Order page with your order number and email.
Returns & Refunds
Q: Can I return a damaged item? A: Yes. Email us within 7 days of delivery at officestationeryb@gmail.com with your order number and photos. See our Return Policy for full details.
Q: I changed my mind. Can I return it? A: No, we only accept returns for damaged, wrong, or defective items. Please order carefully.
Q: How long does a refund take? A: 3–5 business days after we confirm the return. Refunds go to your original payment method.
Corporate / B2B
Q: Do you accept BIN-registered company invoices? A: We’re rolling out B2B accounts soon. For now, contact us and we’ll work out invoicing on a per-order basis.
Q: Do you give Mushak 6.3 invoices? A: Yes — every order ships with a proper Mushak 6.3 VAT invoice. Mention your BIN at checkout if you want it included.
Q: Can I get a bulk discount? A: Yes. Orders over ৳ 5,000 qualify for 25% off retail. Larger or recurring orders get custom pricing — request a quote on our Bulk Orders page.
Q: Do you have a credit / monthly billing option? A: Yes, for approved corporate accounts — 30-day net terms available. Apply on the Bulk Orders page.
Products
Q: Are your products original / authentic? A: Yes. We source directly from authorized distributors and manufacturers. If you ever receive a counterfeit item, contact us immediately — we’ll replace it and investigate.
Q: I don’t see a product I need. Can you source it? A: Likely yes. Email us at officestationeryb@gmail.com with the product details and we’ll let you know within 1 business day if we can source it and at what price.
