Return & Refund Policy

We want you happy with your order. Here’s how we handle problems.

What’s Returnable

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for:

  • Damaged items (broken, leaking, or otherwise unusable on arrival)
  • Wrong items (we shipped you something different from what you ordered)
  • Defective products (manufacturing defect, not normal wear)

What’s NOT Returnable

  • Items returned in non-original condition (used, written-with, opened beyond inspection)
  • Items returned after 7 days from delivery
  • Custom-cut or special-order items
  • Change-of-mind returns — please order carefully

How to Return

  1. Email us at officestationeryb@gmail.com within 7 days with your order number and photos of the damaged/wrong item
  2. We’ll respond within 1 business day with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back (we’ll cover return shipping if the issue is our fault)
  4. Once we receive and verify the return, we issue a refund or replacement

Refund Method

Refunds are processed to the original payment method:

  • Cash on delivery orders — refunded via bKash or bank transfer (we’ll ask for your preference)
  • bKash / Nagad — refunded to the same number
  • Bank transfer — refunded to the same account

Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to reflect after we confirm the return.

Replacement Option

If you’d prefer a replacement instead of a refund, just say so when you email us. Replacements ship within 1–2 business days at no charge if the issue was on our end.
