“Inside Dhaka” covers all areas within Dhaka City Corporation (North + South), Savar, Keraniganj, and Tongi. Everything else is “Outside Dhaka.”
Same-Day Delivery (Inside Dhaka)
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Saturday through Thursday are dispatched the same day and typically arrive by 8:00 PM. Orders after 2pm or on Fridays ship the next business day.
Outside Dhaka
We use trusted courier partners (Sundarban, SA Paribahan, RedX, and Steadfast depending on destination) for deliveries outside Dhaka. Standard delivery is 2–3 business days. Remote areas may take longer.
Tracking Your Order
Every order gets a tracking ID by SMS once it’s dispatched. You can also track via the Track Order page using your order number and email.
Delivery Attempts
The courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If both attempts fail (no one available, wrong address, phone unreachable), the order returns to our warehouse and you’ll need to either re-pay shipping for re-delivery or arrange pickup.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address and phone number at checkout. Wrong addresses are the #1 cause of failed deliveries. If you spot an error, call us within 30 minutes of placing the order — once dispatched, address changes incur a re-delivery charge.
Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged, do not accept it. Refuse delivery and call us immediately. If you’ve already accepted and find damage when opening, follow our Return & Refund Policy — you have 7 days.
